This customer was on a big planning transformation journey, aiming for one global organization, a global process and ultimately frictionless planning. One of their main challenges was missing, inaccurate and static planning parameters, which are key for planning performance & efficiency.


They defined their most ‘planning sensitive parameters’, such as the transport lead times, quality release times, capacities, scrap rates, etc. These parameters have a high impact on planning accuracy, and thus key to keep continuously synced with reality.
